I am Margo B., owner and baker of a Cottage Food business located in Central Florida specializing in a multitude of baked goods.  My main specialty is macarons -  But you can see that the cookies, cake truffles and designer cakes are just as creative.  

Everything is freshly baked - No boxed mixes here!

My passion and skill for sugar artistry has grown into Dragonfire Confections.  Everything is created with joy and love (as well as a dedication to detail and quality practices).   Customers have loved these products.  I enjoy bringing them to market for all to enjoy.
